Purchase these units ready to go or as DIY units.
Purchase a complete unit. It has finished interior flooring, walls, ceiling, and a kitchen, bathroom, loft, and storage area. The sink, stove, refrigerator, shower, vanity with sink, and toilet are in place and ready to use. Light fixtures in the loft and main floor are included.
- You need to add a mattress in the loft and seating in the living area. We leave this up to you, and items are easier to add when the unit Is in place.
- Include a desk and office area
- Include a dining area
- Use the space to do a sleeper sofa to allow for more guests.
- Regular furniture is fine, it doesn’t have to be special RV furniture.
There are three levels of DIY units.
Some people like to save a little money and create something themselves. Maybe you have a family member, a friend or a relative who does building.
- Mobile business units may be ordered with a variety of configurations. We suggest purchasing your unit as a shell and finishing the interior to fit your vision and of course, you will not need some of the features like a shower, a sink, or a toilet. These units are special orders but often cheaper than the residential shells.
