They can be purchased as complete units, ready to set up, or as DIY units.
We offer these units in three different stages of completion. Of course, we offer completed units.
Our shell units are cheaper and better than anything you can find on your own.
Utilities can be difficult and we offer you the chance to purchase units with utilities stubbed out.
The Valley
This our most economical model. It has everything you will need to provide your guests with a comfortable stay. Dress it up with a small porch or some landscaping and your guests will feel the experience of staying in a tiny home!
This unit also features a storage shelf in the rear so it is perfect for longer-staying guests. Because of its lower price tag, you can easily make money with this unit by renting it on a month-to-month basis. That avoids the constant cleaning required for the Air B&B guests. There is a growing market for monthly rentals that do not require a year-long lease. You can rent through one of several sites that are now catering to those clients.
This is also an excellent unit for the DIY buyer. It is the simplest to assemble and the easiest to finish because it has no difficult changes in elevations to work around.
If you are thinking of putting several units on a property, take a good look at The Valley. Change colors and add shutters or window boxes to make them individual. Furnish each with a different theme and your guests will return again and again to experience each unique accommodation. But your cost of units is still very low.
The Piedmont
This unit has a commanding split level roofline and should be situated in such a way that the rear of the building is set off.
The Piedmont is a good value because it combines unique styling but still has a price tag that is easy on the pocketbook.
If you are a DIY client you might want to start with The Valley unless you have experience with handling roofing materials as the split level can be a challenge to be sure there are no leaks.
Again, you can dress this unit up to your taste with shutters, landscaping, a porch, or even window boxes. Paint a mural on the large flat area on the driver's side in front of the door.
