No land? No Problem

No Land? No Problem!

Many RV and Campground parks have seasonal income. They may have a lot of business in the summer, but they don't have much income in the spring and fall and almost none in the winter.

Their clients are RV owners who generally park their units and often even winterize them. Therefore, many RV and Campground parks are willing to do a year-long lease on a space. Maybe they could make more money in the summer than they will make from renting to you, but you will offer good income for them in the winter. It is common for them to use these year-long rental sites to balance their cash flow.

You can also purchase an RV lot in many parks. RV lot ownership is relatively new and several websites advertise these lots. But the best way to find a lot is to identify a park or two where you would like to place your unit and contact them to find out what they offer.

Harmony Creek units are fitted for park facilities. Place the unit in your leased or purchased space and rent it as a vacation or month-to-month rental. You make a little less because you have the rent on the space, but you still have the opportunity to make a good second income. And all of the setup for utilities is already in place.

Use the profit to purchase a second/third unit and you can make enough to purchase and start your own Tiny Home Village Hotel in a few short years and turn it into a full-time income.

TIP: RV parks are frequently for sale. When you get ready to make the move to Tiny Home Village ownership, take a look at already-established RV parks. Some of them are run down, but they are easy to clean up, and all of the utilities, which are a major expense in setting up a new Tiny Home Village are already in place and all the permits are already granted.  An RV park and a Tiny Home Village or Tiny Home Village Hotel are all the same in the eyes of the local government but there is a BIG difference in profit for the owner.
